today is the school's Resilience program.. due to some injuries, i cannot do any high elements in yishun SAFRA, i ended up in the Sports Elective Program. hahas, quite decent la, the events that was prepared for us.
Archery
1st time using a bow sia, wah the feeling is dam nice. for the 1st few arrows =.= but everytime i want to shoot the arrow, the arrow just drop out.. need to re-balance it again b4 shooting, hais this is Bo Skill. but after shooting alot of time, my conclusion for this session is, the more u aim the more off target u will be. so, just anyhow shoot.
Yoga
lols. 1st time trying yoga also =D didn't expect it to protray some moral values behind the steps. so this is why it is a training of MIND? but the best part of the session is that, we get to lie down on the floor, relax the limbs, and sleep =.=(by right should be half awake still). dam shiok for this.
Cup-Stacking
this is a sport wors! playing with cups oso is sport, kinda amused by this fact.learn 3 styles of cup stacking; 3-6-3, 6-6, 1-10-1 stacking. we just making pryamid using 12cups =D, for 2hours keep repeating the 3styles.
After that,the other 2 classmates and i went to yishun SAFRA to meet up with the rest. then go for dinner, and head home after this
